| Description | First printing in 1951 at 2/-d. This edition has a wrapper marked “for hand colouring”. The cards are in black and white. Re-printed in 1953 at 2/6d. This edition has the cards printed in colour. No significant stocks passed to the Watford Model Supply Co. in 1971. Micromodels London and Autocraft both have published the model. The concept of the model is basically to compare an early example of an American woodburning 4-4-0 locomotive, with what was then a modern American streamline diesel locomotive. |
