Catalogued as out of print in 1952.
The cards are in black and white, as this is one of the early models that was intended to be hand coloured in watercolors by the model maker.

Autocraft has printed two versions of the Floating Crane:

  • One printed straight from the original printing plates. Collectors may be careful, when you purchase a model that purports to be an original issue. The Autocraft model is printed on modern white paper as opposed to the more off white, greyish paper of an original issue.
  • One with the head Micro New Models.

Micromodels London has designed a wrapper, and has the intention to publish the model in the near future.
